KMS Joinery delivers nationwide, to the 32 counties of Ireland. We aim to dispatch all orders next day but with a maximum of 7 working days of receipt of your order. In the event that this is not possible we will be in contact with you.

KMS Joinery use reputable DPD Couriers for all our deliveries. Tracking numbers will be available.
Please ensure the information you submit contains your full delivery address, your landline and mobile numbers. When your order is dispatched you will be notified by email or phone call.
All deliveries will be during normal working hours Monday – Friday excluding Bank and Public Holidays.

Returns
KMS Joinery pride ourselves in producing and supplying the highest quality products, but of course we understand that sometimes the product itself is not fit for purpose or does not suit the reason for which it was purchased. We offer a 30 day returns policy.
To return a product
Before returning any products please contact us by email at info@kmsjoinery.com to request a returns number. Please return the product to our business address.
Online Orders
Within 10 days of your purchase you can return your items providing they are unused, unopened and in their original packaging. Carriage charges for unwanted items returned will be at the purchasers expense.

If your product is faulty?
If your purchased product is faulty and are within their warranty period, please contact us with details of the fault. Email: info@kmsjoinery.com
We will reply and arrange for the goods to be returned to us for repair or replacement, if necessary.
If products are damaged in transit?
Should you receive any delivery from us that contains damaged goods, please notify us immediately, but no later than 7 days from receipt, so we can rectify this issue.
KMS Joinery reserves the right to refuse a return if it is determined that the item has been used or worn or the fault was caused by miss use. Our returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.
