Contact forms and email links

KMS Environmental Policy
We are committed to providing a quality service to our clients and meeting our business aims in a manner that minimises our potential impact on the environment. We will operate in compliance with all relevant environmental legislation and we will strive to use pollution prevention and environmental best practices in all we do.

Complaints Procedure
While we strive to avoid complaints, we acknowledge from time to time things can go wrong. It is our policy to listen to the complaint and correct the matter as quickly and efficiently as possible.

  • Any complaints must be communicated in writing trough the client liaison official directly to our nominated contractor liaise.
  • We gather all the facts, deal reasonably and sensitively with the complaint and discuss options for resolving the problem.
  • We action the complaint fair and free of discrimination within 7 working days.
  • Keep our promise and follow up with the client

Returns and Replacement Goods
Should the need arise, the following guidelines are used to speed up the returns and replacement process:

  • Provide written notice by email with details of the issue. We will provide a returns form.
  • Goods to be returned in original packaging. We will arrange for the collection of the item.
  • Goods damaged in transit – notify us as soon as possible but no later than 3 working days (in writing) from receipt of product. We will arrange for the delivery of replacement items and collection of the damaged items.
  • Faulty products within branded manufacturer’s warranty – contact us with details of the fault, we will arrange for the goods to come back to us for repair or replacement.
  • Any goods returned because of incorrect ordering, incorrect quantity etc. (by the customer) will attract a 30% re-stocking charge.

proWarranties
All goods will be supplied to specification and fit for purpose. Timber Products will have a 3-month warranty, provided that, all product specific conditions regarding use and storage at client sites are met. Products such as consumables will have their standard manufacturers warranties attached.
